Terms and Conditions:

• To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. 50% final payment must be received not less than 60 days prior to arrival.
• The deposit can be payed by Bank transfer or Paypall.
• A security deposit in cash of € 1.000 is required to be paid at your arrival. The deposit will be refunded at check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 days prior your arrival: 50% deposit refunded
• less than 30 days prior your arrival: no refund
